What began in 1927 as a roadside sandwich stand offering only chicken salad sandwiches and angel food cake has evolved into the Wine Spectator award-winning Green Gables Restaurant. Full of hidden treasures and rich history, this Laurel Highlands landmark has much to offer. Today's restaurant specializes in fine dining, wine and craft beer as well as beautiful weddings in its exquisite gardens. The unique romantice Tuscany Room has witnessed the beginning of many blissful marriages whether by ceremony or celebration.
