What began in 1927 as a roadside sandwich stand offering only chicken salad sandwiches and angel food cake has evolved into the Wine Spectator award-winning Green Gables Restaurant. Today's restaurant specializes in fine dining, wine and craft beer as well as beautiful weddings in its exquisite gardens.
