The Handmade Ice Cream Company, Gourmet artisan ice cream made in the heart of The Lake District. My company policy is simple "the best products require the best ingredients" following this rule without cutting corners or quality and looking at the product before the expense, we allow the complexity of natural flavours and textures speak for themselves.
Like all artisan producers I set out with the idea to produce a product with passion, craftsmanship, pride and love as I believe these elements achieve the true sense of an artisan product.
We pride ourselves on also making everything that goes into our ice creams including cooking and baking in house our own gingerbreads, sticky toffee puddings, caramels, toffees, fruit compotes & fruit purees this means we don't use any artificial flavours or preservatives only the finest all natural ingredients. We hand select the finest Madagascan Vanilla pods and richest Belgium Chocolates bought directly from the producers
