L'al Churrasco
L'al Churrasco (“Little" in Cumbrian dialect, "Grill” in Spanish/Portuguese) is a solely fresh food company, aiming to bring exciting cuisine to the streets of Ulverston.
The food will have its influences from Spanish, Portuguese and southern Mediterranean tapas style food, with lots of lovely grilled vegetables, delicious breads and dips, cured meats and lots, and lots, of fresh seafood.
We have a limited but carefully selected range of wines and spirits that hopefully compliments the food, and makes it a worthwhile and interesting dining experience for you!

My company policy is simple "the best products require the best ingredients" following this rule without cutting corners or quality and looking at the product before the expense, we allow the complexity of natural flavours and textures speak for themselves.

The Kings Head - Lal Kings Ulverston
A quaint country pub, with a wide selection of ales from a variety of breweries. Known for our love of live music, we hold an open mic night every Thursday which is hosted by a different musician every week. Then on a Saturday from 9pm we have a different live band performing every week. We have access to all the Sky and Sport channels, and with our three HD televisions we have great access to all the exciting sport you could desire.
The Kings Head is a person friendly, warm environment who welcomes everyone (and dogs!) We hope to see you sometime.
The Orangery Cafe & Gift Shop at St Mary's Hospice
The Orangery Cafe is situated in the conservatory at St Mary's Hospice. We offer freshly roasted coffee, speciality drinks, fabulous cakes, and a delicious lunch menu.
The café space, which has wonderful views of Morecambe Bay and the St Mary’s gardens, provides a comfortable place to meet your friends, read a book, or grab a bite to eat when out walking in the Hoad Hill area.
