Triptych is a locally owned, independent microbrewery located in Savoy, Illinois. In 2013, we started the brewery to explore the convergence of beer with community. We live for the exploration of emerging beer styles and trends but we enjoy a good twist on tradition too. Each year, this obsession with innovation leads us to brew hundreds of different beers to share with you but only a few will ever return.
