The Bird's Nest is located in an historic building in downtown Savoy, Texas. Our goal is to simply provide a place to congregate, enjoy gourmet (or just plain ole black) coffee and enjoy relaxing in a home-town setting. We offer free Wi-Fi as well as a small library of reference books.
Triptych Brewing
Triptych is a locally owned, independent microbrewery located in Savoy, Illinois. In 2013, we started the brewery to explore the convergence of beer with community. We live for the exploration of emerging beer styles and trends but we enjoy a good twist on tradition too. Each year, this obsession with innovation leads us to brew hundreds of different beers to share with you but only a few will ever return. We brew for the initiated in hopes that more will join our cause for flavorful, tasty, and artfully crafted beer.
