Mattie's Bakery and Cafe is a European style cafe, PLUS in the evening Mattie's Big Brother opens a "Celebrity Chef" fine dining cafe.
Downstairs it's a small cozy bistro with flair. Upstairs it's "A Room With A View," a remarkable view of the Goliad Courthouse.
Breakfast is served. The lunch menu includes Soups and Sandwiches, A Fantastic Chicken Salad Fruit Plate. Sunday Mattie's offers complementary Mimosas with a special Sunday Bruch menu.
The Bakery features PIES, PIES, and more PIES all prepared by Pastry Chef Mary. Cakes, Cookies, Muffins, and Cinnamon Rolls complete the Bakery's offerings.
Several varieties of Blue Bell Ice Cream are always available, a cup or cone of is always a GOOD IDEA.
