If there are only three words you remember when you Remember Goliad, remember history, purity, and passion. We are a small family owned brewery with a passion for making fantastic craft beers. Our brewery is nestled on about 50 acres just north of town amongst the shade of South Texas oaks. Our water is brought up from 400 feet below sea level with an excellent mineralization for brewing, in fact 60% of the water we brew with is used straight from the well. Mattie's Bakery and Cafe
Mattie's Bakery and Cafe is a European style cafe, PLUS in the evening Mattie's Big Brother opens a "Celebrity Chef" fine dining cafe.
Downstairs it's a small cozy bistro with flair. Upstairs it's "A Room With A View," a remarkable view of the Goliad Courthouse.
Breakfast is served. The lunch menu includes Soups and Sandwiches, A Fantastic Chicken Salad Fruit Plate. Sunday Mattie's offers complementary Mimosas with a special Sunday Bruch menu.

Schroeder Hall
Originally started in 1890, the dance hall continued throughout the last century as a place where many famous country singers came to play such as Roy Clark, Ernest Tubbs and Tammy Wynette. Recent Texas country music singers such as Pat Green, Randy Rogers, Kevin Fowler & Josh Abbott have added to this landmark.
