Ely businesswoman Caroline Bailey and talented chef Lucy Andrew have joined forces to open the city’s first dedicated vegan and gluten free cafe. Called Lucy at 35, it is based at 35 Forehill, alongside Spa ely, creating a new prime lifestyle venue.
