Dojima Sake Brewery UK
The Hashimoto family are saké pioneers. Hailing from Osaka in Japan, they come from a family that has been brewing since 1822. The region is also steeped in over 500 years of saké brewing history.
The family brewery is called Kotobuki Shuzo and is based in the town of Tonda outside Osaka. As well as brewing great saké, they were the first brewery to start making craft beer in Osaka.
Now the family have set up Dojima Saké Brewery, the first Japanese owned brewery in the UK. The brewery is still under construction as you'll see from our Facebook posts, but we get closer to completion every...
The Prince Albert
The Prince Albert has always been known for the high standards of its beer and we now want to add to that a great reputation for food. We work to a simple formula – good beer and good food in a friendly, comfortable environment. And to keep our real ale customers happy, we have 6 cask ales on offer, three of which are rotated regularly.
We will shortly be increasing the number of ales we serve to at least eight and possibly ten. Visit us for the best in real ale and delicious food, where locals and visitors can relax and enjoy their free time.
