We purchase green coffee beans from all over the world and then roast these coffee beans in Ridgway Colorado. Small batches are our specialty and we roast just in time to ensure the highest quality and the most flavorful blends.

Our food is freshly prepared using the highest quality products—from local growers when available. We serve eggs from chickens that are fed a vegetarian diet—hormone and steroid free.
