The Yorkshire Lass was built in the late 1960’s and is a 2 bar pub, with an attached caravan site close to the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.
The Yorkshire Lass is situated on Gurney Street in the heart of New Marske, and was built in the late 1960’s.
We have two comfortable bars decorated to a high standard, both with flat screen large TV's. Our 'back' bar has a pool table and darts board, and our 'front' bar has a stage area for our Saturday live music events which are held every week - these are a major hit with our regular customers!
Our beer garden area is situated at the front of the pub and is very popular throughout the summer months, both at day times and also early evening where customers can relax after a hard days work in the sunshine.
We also have a 5 bay caravan site, with electric & water hook up points at each bay; the site has its own shower and washroom area and a children’s play area with swings, and a large grassed area for the children to play on.
Enjoying stunning views of the Cleveland Hills and Teesside bay, we are an ideally situated to enjoy the local beauty spots such as Saltburn, Whitby, and the North Yorkshire Moors.
We are a traditional community pub serving the people of New Marske and their friends, and we offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the pub with a good selection of draught beers & lagers, wines & sprits at very reasonable prices.
