Welcome to our new and exciting Dolgellau tapas page!
As you may have heard Tafarn y Gader Dolgellau will be opening its doors to sell food, the menu has been carefully created to suite everyone’s tastes, using local produce in a Spanish style. The menu will include traditional dishes such as Croquetas de puerro ,which is a leek croquet served with a vegetable pure to things like home-made burgers served with home-made chips. We will have a vast selection of specials every day and for those with a sweet tooth a selection of home-made desert.
We have a coffee machine being installed and a fantastic selection of wine provided by Dylanwad wines some selected to suit specific meals and others just to enjoy. As well as coffee and wine there will still be a selection of Casked ales, lagers and spirits available.
We want to create an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy from families to those who would just like to pop in for a quick glass of wine or something to eat. Tafarn y Gader will be open for food every night from 6pm and after a few weeks will be extended with the hope to be open all day every day in the future we shall keep you posted.
