To honor the continuing tradition of good old fashioned hamburgers and food The Hamburger Store continues to serve up the cherished traditions of Jefferson, TX as it features the “Markos” Ham Sandwich, that was introduced to the locals of Jefferson, TX by Buck Markos, the original owner, who started the “Old Fashioned Meat Market” and the “BUCK-O-BURGER,” which was created to honor Buck Ouchley a long time owner and operator of The Hamburger Store.
