Hoptron Brewtique was started by two hard-core fans of local, fantastic, quality American craft beer in the Fall of 2012. Important to them, and to the entire Hoptron crew, is making sure craft beer is accessible and approachable for the un-initiated. But Hoptron also features breweries and styles that delight the beer geek community and push the boundaries of flavors. With 16 taps in constant rotation, you’ll never get bored with what’s flowing, but if you do, there’s close to 100 cans and bottles to break open as well. Have friends or family who don’t love beer or have gluten allergies? Hoptron Brewtique also has cider and a state-of-the-art wine station with 4 different varietals from three of the best vineyards on Long Island. Their kitchen is also cranking out great eats to share or to snag for yourself.
