Kentucky's largest showcase of craft beer, featuring 100 different drafts, Crack Fries and scratch-made food.
We knew it was a risk putting a craft beer bar in the heart of bourbon country, but we had a feeling about Lexington. Since we opened in the Square, right across Short St. from the historic Lexington Opera House, this great city has proved that Kentucky craft beer was overdue for some attention.
We feature 100 beers on tap – 20 of spots are reserved for Kentucky products, while the remainder are selected by our full-time beer manager to offer some of the world’s best and rarest brews.
Even though no HopCat looks alike inside or out – our interior mural art is definitely one-of-a-kind – there are some things we bring with us everywhere we go. That includes a menu of scratch-made comfort food and an industry-leading sustainability program that keeps most of our waste from ending up in landfills. Oh, and beer. Did we mention the beer?
