One day I realized all I needed was my oven and a dream.
Welcome to Honey Pies, my Little Rock, Arkansas bake shop where I create small-batch artisan pies. Each of my pies are made from scratch and baked with love. I go out of my way to use only the freshest, highest-quality and most delicious ingredients in my pies. My ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible.
My menu changes according to the season and what’s best at that time of year so on a typical Saturday morning you’ll probably find me down at the farmers’ market making friends and looking for new ingredients.
I bake using the old hand-mixed techniques passed down to me from my grandmother. While refining her methods by baking alongside my sisters, I’ve learned to massage a flaky pie crust and to buy local. Providing my homemade pie service to my friends in central Arkansas makes me happy and I know my pies will make you happy too.
