The proprietor Frank Edgar, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Mr. Edgar has 14 years of experience in the food service industry and 12 years of managerial experience in food service establishments.

At one time there were 11 units in the state of Florida with the home store located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
