Khi quyết định mở quán, chị em nhà mình đã suy nghĩ rất nhiều về cái tên quán. Tên quán làm sao phải thật hay, người ta phải thật dễ nhớ. Tên quán Tây, Ta, Tàu gì cũng đã từng nghĩ qua. Nhưng rồi mãi không chọn được. Vậy là thôi, tắt đèn, chị em mình đi ngủ.
Một sáng trời trong, khi đang xem mấy đứa hàng xóm chơi trò nói lái, chị em mình nghĩ thoáng qua và quyết định lấy cái tên KỀ PHA.
