The Boardroom Eureka
The Boardroom is the "tasting room" for local fine meats producer Ryan Creek Root Cellar. We provide cheese and meat boards featuring salami, coppa, summer sausage, canadian-style bacon, cheese, homemade jardiniere, imported olives, honey, fig spread, fresh fruit, nuts, craft beer, and a rotating wine menu. Just what Eureka needed, if we don't say so ourselves. ;)

Our story began in an alleyway in Seoul, Korea. The three founders had a simple philosophy: follow your fun, and be the best at it. And that fun was beer.
