Located in the heart of picturesque Llangollen is Gales Wine Bar, established in 1977 by Richard Gale. Gales is the oldest wine bar in Wales, run by Pip (Richards son). This family business offers finely crafted dishes under the expert eye of Head Chef Jack Hatley using the freshest seasonal and local ingredients. All the produce on the menu is created on site, including butchery, baking bread daily and churning ice cream. We also cook using cutting edge technology such as sous vide, pressure cooking and modern gastronomy
