Elmas Handel is a local cafè and deli centrally located in the mountain town of Hemsedal, Norway. We focus on great coffee and real, healthy and homemade food, as well as local, fair-trade and organic products for sale.

Try our oatmeal waffles, home made soups, smoothies, cakes, toasts and sandwiches. In summer we also serve Ben & Jerry's fair-trade ice-cream and salads.

We offer a variety of drinks in addition to our fresh mountain water and fruit juices of the season, like Yerba Mate, Ubuntu fair-trade cola. Our coffee is organic, family roasted and always fresh from Den Gyldne Bønne.
