Eastside Pilates


Pilates improves your mental and physical well being, increases flexibility and strengthens muscles. Pilates uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body. Originally used to rehabilitate bed ridden or immobilized patients, it strengthens the body's core, to create better posture and less prone to injury.

Tues: Pilates 6:00pm-7:00pm
Thurs: Pilates 6:00pm-7:00pm
Sat: Pilates 10:00am-11:00am
Sun: Pilates 10:00am-11:00am
