Former Brant Point Grill Executive Chef Fred Bisaillon and his girlfriend Denise Corson, (former Tobey’s manager and longtime veteran of the island bar and restaurant scene) are behind B-ACK Yard BBQ, whose menu will include different ’cue styles from around the country, along with a selection of Kentucky Bourbons, Tennessee whiskeys and craft beer.
