Yalaha Bakery is a family owned company, founded in 1995 with the philosophy to offer Central Floridians only high quality German Organic products, made with the highest culinary standards.
Providing products that are made only with organic natural sources, using the best ingredients from around the world.
Today our Bakery has achieved that standard of quality and continues to work bringing more healthy options to the public, by making every day new products, such as Gluten Free Breads and Pastries, Sugar Free Pastries, and a number of products made only with natural grains to please our valued costumers.
We pride ourselves of making products that are naturally made, our breads are artisan handmade chemical free from preservatives and made with organic Flours.
Our pastries are made with organic flours, butter, organic chocolates, organic spices and imported European ingredients
