Mr. Gian Michele Pace, the guy who came from the mountains of Abruzzo, Italy. His passions are craft beer and Blues music. He has been running his own brewery in Europe for years then he had the opportunity to relocate to Latin America and start another business venture. He discovered Uvita's lovely environment in Costa Ballena and it was love at first sight. He decided to stay and to put his experience and passion for handcrafted beer into action.
