The Toad ‘n’ Turtle first opened its doors on December 4, 2001. Ever since then we have been one of northeast Calgary’s favorite places to party. We like to think of ourselves as an English pub with attitude. We also, however, take great pride in our culinary skills. We don’t just serve up your typical pub food. We have a roof top meat smoker where we smoke all our own meats. Don’t worry, we’re not all about the smoked meats, even though we do love it, our menu has a large variety for almost any palate. From salads to pizza’s to wild meats and many things in between, the Toad’s menu will keep you coming back for more.
Breakfast is available on the weekend from 10 am-2 pm, Wings are 30 cents each Wednesday nights 4 pm-midnight, prime rib sandwiches are $12.95 on Mondays all day and our weekly feature menu comes out every Tuesday morning and runs until Sunday evening.
We are proud of our 24 tap draft line up. Lagers, Ales, IPA’s, Amber's, Pilsners, White beers and Dark, you can find them all here at the Toad ‘n’ Turtle on tap. If draft isn't your thing, we also have over 25 bottled beers and coolers to choose from. If Scotch is your interest check out our 30 different single malt and blended scotches. Islay’s, Highland’s, Lowland’s and Speyside’s we have varieties from each region. If it’s a bargain you’re looking for, the Toad has drink specials every day of the week. Looking for a place to watch the game? We've got 16 HD TV'S and a projection screen, literally every seat in the house has a view of a TV.
