Since opening thirteen years ago the Bottleshop has been recognized as the premiere tavern, sports bar and restaurant in Western Pennsylvania and beyond.
About us…
The Pittsburgh Bottleshop Café opened in March of 2004 to complete the vision of nationally acclaimed brew master Mark Davis. Mark wanted to create a unique atmosphere for patrons to enjoy and sample beers from around the world, the country and now – specially brewed drafts right at the Bottleshop. The brands are complimented by an upscale menu with many entrees crafted with beer recipes. Each day and evening, the Bottleshop is filled with customers mingling among national and local sports and media celebrities. Pittsburgh print and broadcast media have proclaimed the Bottleshop to be the most popular venue in the region. In fact, after the Pittsburgh Penguins 2016 Stanley Cup victory parade, the Stanley Cup made its first stop —- at the Bottleshop!
Our team…
Mark Davis is the owner and sole proprietor of the Pittsburgh Bottleshop cafe. Mark has enjoyed a rich career that spans over two decades in brewing and was responsible for award-winning brands such as Samuel Adams, Iron City, I.C. Light , I.C. Golden and several others. Every day, Mark calls on his brewing expertise and passion to provide our customers with an experience unlike any other tavern or restaurant in the region.
Erik Grieco is the general manager and culinary specialist of The Bottleshop. Ten years ago, Mark Davis met Erik, immediately recognized his talents and experience, and named him general manager. Erik brought his culinary knowledge to The Bottleshop, and the collaboration began. Both Mark and Erik work together, pledging to continue the unrivaled success of the Pittsburgh Bottleshop Café.
