Millers Restaurant

Millers is an accessible international restaurant with a stylish retro - chique interior where quality and freshness of our products and service with a smile are part of our core values. Whether it's for a lunch, reception, dinner, high wine or drink and snack on the terrace, we gladly serve you.

By day, Millers is one of the better grand cafes of The Hague, for delicious coffee and pastries in the morning, relaxing or quick (business) lunch in the afternoon and a drink with a varied wine & bites menu.

In the evening hours Millers is an a la carte restaurant where you can sit in comfortable couches and enjoy extensive wine & dine pairings, hospitality and interior. The kitchen brigade led by Chef cook Eric Dekkers offers an extensive international a la carte menu inspired on the classic French / Italian cuisine with Asian influences. Quality is paramount using fresh, fair and where possible sustainable products. The sommeliers serves matching wines with dishes to optimally enjoy both the flavor of the food and the wine. Would you prefer to choose your wine then we can advise you extensively about our varied wine list with eighty wines from the old and new world. Also, the restaurant offers several menus for your evening out with larger parties.
