We offer home-made Old World recipes like the Romanian Meatballs, Crab Cakes ala Europe, Dolmas (Stuffed Grape Leaves), Pork Schnitzel, Mici (Grilled Romanian Skinless Sausages) and many others.
History

Maple Street Grille has been a local favorite since 2010. Our award winning restaurant and attention to detail create a truly enjoyable dining experience.
Chef Mari and her Husband Lane moved to Florence in 2013 and purchased Maple Street Grille in 2016.
Mari was born in Bucharest Romania and came to USA in 2002 where she attended Napoli culinary academy in Sacramento in 2010 and quickly became an instructor. She had hopes of owning a restaurant one day inspired by her European heritage. Lane was born in Honolulu Hawaii and is a California native. After serving in the Marine Corps 87-91 he went into construction business until attending the Bartender School of Portland to be able to work side-by-side his wife pursuing their dreams to work for ourselves and offer something unique and special.
