*Company Overview*
Island Coffees would like to introduce “STRAWBERRY HILL”, our exciting new
brand of 100% Blue Mountain Coffee. We grow our own coffee on property and
collect from a distinct area of the Blue Mountains above 3000 ft that is designated
eco-friendly by the Coffee Industry Board. Island Coffees has been approved by
the Coffee Industries Board and awarded a Special Dealers License and Trademark
Agreement for Blue Mountain Coffee.
*What Is Strawberry Hill Coffee? *
Strawberry Hill Coffee is a dark city roast –almost continental in flavour but
favouring the English and French palette. The NUTTY aroma of our Blue Mountain Coffee is produced by the release of coffeol which develops in the bean during roasting, this is the signature of a strong controlled cup. It is a FLAVOUR that brings FRESHNESS to mind and yet as it slowly cools, changes in subtley, bringing a NATURAL MYSTIC to YOU from the
slopes of the BLUE MOUNTAINS of JAMAICA.
