Toll Man Joe's will be a larger bar/entertainment facility, yet still retain that neighborhood, corner bar atmosphere. It's named Toll Man Joe's after Steve's brother, and Lori's uncle Joe Paul. Joe was a bigger than life character, literally, and figuratively. He walked into any room, and the party started.
