Shift is owned and operated by husband and wife duo Joseph Rodger and Dara Rodger.
Chef Joe has had over 18 years of cooking experience in many parts of the country working for well known restaurants such as The Tinderbox in Flagstaff, Lower 48 in Denver CO, and Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, CO.
Pastry Chef Dara has pastry experience in fine dining restaurants such as Sweet Basil in Vail, CO and Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, CO. She also has her Business Management degree from the University of Denver.
