Cape May Brewing Company began with one simple question: Where’s all the beer down here?? With that in mind, we decided to provide South Jersey with fresh, delicious, local beer to put New Jersey on the map as a craft beer state.
In July 2011, we found our home at the Cape May Airport, excitedly purchased our forklift, and delivered our first keg of Cape May IPA to Cabanas Beach Bar and Grill. Since then, we’ve proudly brewed all our beers here, crafting balanced and flavorful ales and lagers for thousands of happy locals and visitors.

We grind fresh nut butters. Grab a sandwich to eat in our courtyard or take to the beach. Come by for a bite to eat and coffee for breakfast, or get a peanut butter cannoli for a snack from our bakery case.

We are now in our fall schedule and will be serving lunch and dinner from 12-9pm Friday through Sunday. Awesome menu updates and seasonal specials- stop in & check it out!
Our nightlife & live entertainment will continue to rock Cape May Friday and Saturday evenings from 10pm- 2am through January.

In early 2014, the HCSV Foundation Board of Trustees voted unanimously to pursue the development of a small brewery on the Village grounds with the name Cold Spring Brewery. To this end, and in keeping with the mission of the Historic Cold Spring Village, an 1804 three bay English-style Cape May County barn from Upper Township was purchased. Stillwell and Elizabeth Corson, a familiar name in the County, built the classic building. The Emlen Physick Estate is a landmark Victorian home that's been tranformed to a Victorian House Museum, located in Cape May, New Jersey. The estate is lovingly maintained and interpreted by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC), a non-profit organization that celebrates the area's rich history. Designed by renowned American architect Frank Furness and built in 1879, the estate and its original outbuildings show how life was lived in the Victorian era. The carriage house on the grounds is now a musuem shop, exhibit gallery and home to the Carriage House Cafe and Tearoom.
