Welcome to Gilbies Bar and Bistro, Founded in 1988 this family run Bar and Bistro has been serving Hereford the finest Bistro food, European wine and beers
Our bistro style bar and restaurant continually changes to suit your needs or moods
Early morning coffee : Freshly brewed espresso or cappuccino.
Light snacks or business lunches : Catering for every taste.
