So who is this Joe guy? Well, it’s simple. Joe was just like you once, an average American toiling away at the daily grind, forgetting to stop every once and while to smell the freshly made salsa. Life was tedious, uninspiring, boring. Life was work.
Well, not anymore! Joe had an idea. Why not add a little color, a little flavor, a little fun back into life? And that’s just what Joe did. He quit his day job and set his sights on traveling the world. From sunny Baja, California to Cabo San Lucas to the Caribbean, Joe was determined to find the food and drink that made him smile, that warmed his soul and reinvigorated his spirit. And what’s more, he found it! With dreams of opening up his own cantina reminiscent of the ones he frequented so often on those sandy Mexican beaches, Joe slowly made his way back to Texas, to El Paso in fact, to open his own place where he could offer his patrons classic, Mexican-style street food in an atmosphere inspired by everyone’s favorite Cantina.
So, you won’t catch Joe in a suit and tie, not in a million years. No, Joe will be the beach bum at the end of the bar in a T-shirt and flip flops, with a killer tan and a Corona in his hand. If you spot him, feel free to pull up a chair – he may even buy you a beer…
