Flair bartending is the practice of bartenders entertaining guests, clientele and audiences with the manipulation of bar tools and liquor bottles in tricky, dazzling ways.
花式調酒是一項結合專業調酒及娛樂技巧的複雜且多樣性的調酒技術,顧客最有印象的應該是將調酒的工具或酒瓶拋向空中,再以困難度極高的角度去甩瓶及拋接,令人目眩神迷,意猶未盡,無論是老女老幼都驚呼連連,印象深刻
甚麼是TIKI?
Tiki is defined by Polynesian culture – specifically, Tiki was the first man on Earth, according to most cultures. Don the Beachcomber (Donn Beach) is generally credited as the first swanky kat to open a specifically Tiki/Polynesian-themed restaurant and lounge in Hollywood, CA in 1934. Tiki bars are aesthetically defined by their tiki culture décor which is based upon a romanticized conception of tropical cultures, most commonly Polynesian.
