The Orangery Restaurant and menus are inspired by our historic building and grounds which include our 70 year old kitchen herb garden, fruiting apple and damson trees and a small fig tree. Menus change seasonally and use an abundance of locally sourced and grown ingredients from field, land and sea.
Our Steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days using Himalayan salt aging chambers resulting in a totally unique sweet and flavoursome steak.
