The Texas Hill Country Olive Company is a family-owned business located in Dripping Springs, TX committed to supplying the highest quality olive oil produced in the United States. Our certified organic olive orchard features a Tuscan-inspired mill house, a state-of-the-art Italian olive press and a large tasting room. We are proud to join the pioneering group of entrepreneurs building the olive oil industry in Texas.
We sell four different types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as traditional and fruit-infused balsamic vinegar. Buy the products individually or mix and match several products in a wooden gift box. Olive tree adoption is available and allows you to customize your labels to enjoy your private brand of olive oil all year long! Looking for an amazing place to have an event? Let us do the work. We offer complete event planning for any occasion.
We also have a wine bar with over 37 wines for you try. The best part is that every weekend we change out some of the wines so that you can try wines from all over Texas.
