At Spinner a perfect day starts with a perfect wake-up . We pull our bicycles and swing by Spinner for a tea ,coffee or kola kenda. That get's us ready for a good one hour spin to get the heart and lungs worked up . When the sun starts to shine , with enough calories burned, it's time to sit down and grab a Spinner breakfast, made by cyclists for the athlete in you
