Roberts Roost was started in 2011 by Paul Roberts, who had a passion for bringing his Northern Wisconsin roost to the Downtown Racine area. The Roost earned the title of Racine's Best Breakfast in 2016 from the Journal Times for its cozy atmosphere, homemade recipes, and generous portions. In addition to breakfast, The Roost is also available to host and cater private events and parties.
