THE PRINCE has long been the home of Merewether locals catching up for a drink and a bite to eat. But if you haven’t visited in a while you might be pleasantly surprised. Under new ownership, the Prince is getting a whole lot of love and a fresh new feel, with a new pop-up Mex-Americana restaurant “TWO MULES" now open, and an espresso martini bar “THE CAT'S PAJAMAS” moving in upstairs. There’s a new pool table in the front bar with free pool on Thursdays, live sport and entertainment each week, and friendly staff behind the bar. The Cat’s Pajamas and the awesome upstairs verandah space are also available for private functions.
