After an injury forced me to leave commercial cooking & baking forever, I decided to pursue my dream of starting my own cake business. I specialize in unique recipes, like ORGANIC, GLUTEN-FREE, and ALLERGY SENSITIVE creations. I can also decorate your cake with FONDANT SCULPTURE and AIRBRUSH techniques, to create something amazing.

Our vision with the Farm Fresh Café is to deliver on the name. We supply most of the food we offer from our family farm located on the Salmo River Ranch just south of Nelson and source other ingredients from sustainable, locally produced sources whenever possible.
