That’s how general manager Shane O’Brien summed up Butchertown Hall, the latest concept from restauranteur Terry Raley, who also owns Holland House and the Pharmacy. Butchertown Hall’s cuisine is inspired by Raley’s Texas Hill Country upbringing, where there’s an interesting fusion of Mexican and German flavors.
