Big Thorn Farm & Brewery
We are a 15-acre off-grid farm and brewery in scenic Vermilion County, Illinois. We brew wood-aged, cellar-fermented, naturally-carbonated beer using solar power and farm ingredients. We also grow a variety of produce for area restaurants and individuals. We are not currently open to the public, but you can find our beer at fine bars and retail stores throughout Illinois.
