A visit to the Trail Station at the Alice Springs Telegraph Station is a must for Visitors and locals. Visit the site of the first European settlement and learn about local historical identities such as John McDouall Stuart, Sir Charles Todd and the Braitling Family. We a stocked kiosk with plenty of souvenirs, cold drinks, ice creams and plenty more. Watch this space for our new café opening soon. Eastside Pilates
Pilates improves your mental and physical well being, increases flexibility and strengthens muscles. Pilates uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body. Originally used to rehabilitate bed ridden or immobilized patients, it strengthens the body's core, to create better posture and less prone to injury.
