Grubb- A Local Eatery is a small town restaurant with big town flavors. We are open six days a week for breakfast and lunch with dinner service offered on Friday. Come on in for some amazing food that is made from scratch with only fresh ingredients. We're looking forward to serving you!
About the owners:
Why Fulton, Indiana? April Lyn and Shane chose Fulton because as many locals know, April Lyn is a 2003 Caston graduate. After High School, April Lyn went on to get a Restaurant Management Degree in 2007 and a Nursing Degree in 2011. April has worked in customer service hospitality since 2004. Shane was born in Valdosta, Georgia (those southern boys know how to cook!) but spent a good portion of his childhood in Terre Haute, where he continues to have family. He graduated from culinary school in 2008 and shortly thereafter took a position as Sous Chef at the Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis. Shane has been working in restaurants for over 15 years, starting with dishwashing at age 16. Coincidentally, April Lyn and Shane met at culinary school at Ivy Tech Indianapolis in 2006. They were married in 2008. While starting this new adventure in restaurant ownership, they are also starting a new adventure as parents, as they are expecting their first baby in September! They both love traveling, eating (of course!) and are avid Colts fans, among many other sports. Come on in and get to know them, and more importantly, get to know their delicious food!
