The name 'Gedulgt' is an old Danish/German term for when something is hidden or secret, often because of illegal activities.
The speakeasy-bar is an important part of our cocktail history. We want to honor those who risked the chance of going to jail, in order to serve good handcrafted cocktails, in the 1920's America.
