Frugal Frocks, a ladies consignment store, is a hub of activity in old downtown Armstrong. In 1992, owner and operator Susan Gagnon opened the shop with just a few racks of clothes and accessories. Twenty five years later, with over 1900 consignees, Frugal Frocks is bursting with quality clothing, accessories and collectibles. A great place to explore for both locals and visitors. Frugal Frocks also features a take-out cappuccino bar serving Salt Spring Fair trade Coffee. Daily specials every Monday Wednesday and Saturday. Frugal Frocks is open Monday thru Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Closed Sundays and holidays.
