Living "Fresh" is a way of life. We believe that individuals can own their health, and choosing nutrient-dense, easily digestible nutriment is a necessary step in taking control. Through our juices, smoothies and food, we promote health and vitality, with a special focus on refueling, recharging, and recovery for athletes, those with an active lifestyle, and anyone who wants to take control of their health.
Our menu is extremely healthy, mostly organic, gluten-free and raw. We use locally grown produce and local businesses as much as possible.
We thrive in a local community and do everything we can to give back.
